1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern the entire relationship between de99 and any individual who accesses, browses, registers with, or uses the de99 platform in any capacity. 2 Age Restriction

de99 operates exclusively as an adults-only platform. No individual under the age of 18 years is permitted to register an account, make a deposit, participate in any game, or claim any bonus or promotional offer on de99 under any circumstances whatsoever.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

de99 supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All transactions on the platform are processed in BDT, and there are no currency conversion fees charged by de99. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Both limits are subject to change at de99's discretion with prior notice to players.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Deposit Processing

5 Bonuses & Promotions

In the event of any conflict between the general bonus terms and a specific promotion's individual terms, the specific promotion's terms take precedence.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Such promotions are subject to their own individual terms and are available for a limited time only. Past availability of a promotional offer does not guarantee its recurrence.

5.4 Loyalty Program

de99 operates a Loyalty Program that rewards regular players with points for every eligible wager placed on the platform. Accumulated points can be redeemed for bonus credit in accordance with the Loyalty Program's own terms and conditions. de99 reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Loyalty Program at any time, with reasonable advance notice to affected players.

5.5 Abuse of Bonuses

6 User Obligations

By registering and using de99, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, to provide accurate information at all times, and to use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. You agree not to use de99 for any commercial purpose without de99's express written consent.

6.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on de99 and constitute grounds for immediate account termination:

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to poker, live dealer games, and tournament play.

7 Intellectual Property

8 Account Closure

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Self-exclusion options include temporary cooling-off periods (24 hours to 6 months) and permanent self-exclusion. During any self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended and they will not be able to deposit, wager, or receive promotional communications from de99. 8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months or more. de99 reserves the right to charge a monthly dormancy administration fee on dormant accounts, to be deducted from the account balance. Players will be notified by email before dormancy charges begin. The dormancy fee will not reduce the account balance below zero.
